Arzu Calis is the founder of A.R.Z.U International, a Leadership Development Company. She has a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Information and Communication Sciences and received her Certified Professional Co-active Coach (C.P.C.C.) from The Coaches Training Institute.
Arzu launched her career at Nortel Networks as a software and systems engineer, moving into product management and marketing. As a senior consultant at Hewlett Packard Company, Arzu has worked with numerous start-ups in the high-tech communications industry.
With over a decade of experience in Fortune 100 companies, Arzu has working knowledge of how to overcome the obstacles facing professionals in today's complex work environments.
